These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ConnectaRoof.com governing your use of connectaroof.com and our matching services. By using the site or submitting a form, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ConnectaRoof.com is a free service that connects homeowners with licensed, insured roofing contractors in their area. We are not a roofing contractor and do not perform roofing work ourselves; we help you find local professionals who do.

Requesting an estimate is always free, and there is no obligation to hire any contractor you are matched with.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the service. You agree to provide accurate, current information in the estimate form — contractors rely on it to assess your project and reach you.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means except as permitted.

A match is not a contract for roofing work. The scope, timeline, and price of any project are set solely between you and the contractor you choose, in the written estimate and any agreement you sign with that contractor.

When you submit our form with consent, you authorize ConnectaRoof.com and the roofing contractors you are matched with to contact you by phone, email, or SMS about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts).

The roofing contractors we match you with are independent businesses. ConnectaRoof.com is not responsible for their work, communications, licensing, insurance, or the outcome of any project. Your relationship — including any contract for work — is between you and that contractor.

The site, its content, and our marks belong to ConnectaRoof.com or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, scrape, or reuse content without permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectaRoof.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of independent contractors. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold ConnectaRoof.com harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ConnectaRoof.com is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
